• Vasodilators: Medicines like nitroglycerin and isosorbide dinitrate may have enhanced blood pressure-lowering effects when taken with N-acetylcysteine in Nefrolife Tablet 10.

• Activated charcoal: When taken simultaneously with Nefrolife Tablet 10, activated charcoal products can decrease the absorption of n-acetylcysteine, potentially reducing its effectiveness.

• Antiepileptic medicines: Medicines like carbamazepine and valproate may have altered serum concentrations when used with N-acetylcysteine in Nefrolife Tablet 10.

• Antihypertensives: Blood pressure medicines such as amlodipine and lisinopril may have additive blood pressure-reducing effects when combined with taurine in Nefrolife Tablet 10.

Nefrolife Tablet 10 interacts with the following diseases:

• Asthma: Patients with asthma should use Nefrolife Tablet 10 cautiously, as n-acetylcysteine may trigger bronchospasm (narrowing of airways).

• Bleeding disorders: Nefrolife Tablet 10 should be used with caution in people with bleeding conditions, as it may potentially increase the risk of bleeding.
