• Antibiotics: Medicines like erythromycin may increase amlodipine levels in your blood, potentially causing excessive blood pressure reduction.

• Antidepressants: Medicines such as fluoxetine can increase nebivolol levels, which might enhance its blood pressure-lowering effects and side effects.

• Antihypertensives: Other blood pressure medicines like lisinopril or losartan can have an additive effect when taken with Nebula Am Tablet 10, potentially causing very low blood pressure.

• Digitalis glycosides: Medicines like digoxin may interact with Nebula Am Tablet 10, increasing the risk of slow heart rate (bradycardia) and heart block.

Nebula Am Tablet 10 interacts with the following foods:

• Grapefruit and grapefruit juice: Grapefruit and grapefruit juice can increase the levels of amlodipine in the blood by inhibiting the CYP3A4 enzyme that metabolizes the amlodipine. This can enhance its effects and increase the risk of side effects like low blood pressure, dizziness, and swelling. It's best to avoid or limit grapefruit products while taking amlodipine.

Nebula Am Tablet 10 interacts with the following diseases:

• Heart failure: Caution is needed as this medicine might worsen heart failure symptoms in some patients.

• Peripheral arterial disease: May worsen symptoms of poor circulation in your limbs.

• Bradycardia: This medicine can further slow your heart rate if you already have a slow heartbeat.

• Heart block: Can worsen existing heart conduction problems, potentially causing dangerous rhythm disturbances.
