Managing high blood pressure, also known as hypertension
Long-term control of chest pain caused by reduced blood flow to the heart, a condition termed angina pectoris
Helping control symptoms of heart failure where the heart doesn't pump blood around the body as well as it should. This is particularly true when the heart failure is stable and due to conditions such as narrowed arteries in your heart (ischemic), high blood pressure (hypertensive), or diseases that affect the heart's muscle (cardiomyopathic)

Swallow the whole tablet with a glass of water.
Avoid chewing or crushing the tablet.
You can take this medicine with or without food.
Do not exceed the prescribed dose without getting advice from your doctor.
Do not abruptly stop using this medicine without consulting your doctor first.

Met Xl 50 Tablet 15 is taken orally.
