Uses of Mefril Spas Tablet 10 are:

Menstrual Cramps: Reduces spasms of the uterine muscles, easing pain linked to primary dysmenorrhoea.

Swallow the whole tablet with a glass of water.
Avoid crushing, chewing, or breaking the tablet.
