Dicyclomine (10 Mg) + Mefenamic Acid (250 Mg)

Mefinex Spas Tablet is used to relieve muscle spasms, cramping, and pain associated with menstrual periods and abdominal or intestinal spasms. It helps ease discomfort linked to conditions such as back pain, arthritis, injuries, and period-related pain.

It contains mefenamic acid, which relieves pain and inflammation, along with dicyclomine, which relaxes the muscles of the stomach and intestines. Take it with food as prescribed to reduce stomach upset, and swallow the tablet whole.

Using a warm compress on the abdomen, resting during painful episodes, and staying well hydrated can help ease cramping alongside this medicine.

Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor about any stomach ulcers, gastrointestinal problems, asthma, or other pain medicines you are taking. It is not recommended during the third trimester of pregnancy. Tell your doctor if you notice black stools or persistent stomach pain.
