Lorfast Meltab Tablet may interact with the following medications which include:

• Cytochrome P450 inhibitors such as amiodarone, amitriptyline, chloramphenicol, cimetidine. The concomitant use of this medicine along with the cytochrome P450 inhibitors may have effect on their absorption.

Lorfast Meltab Tablet may interact with the following diseases:

• Asthma or COPD: The use of this medicine can cause flare-ups of the symptoms of these diseases.
• Liver diseases: The use of this medicine in patients with liver diseases can cause its extensive metabolization.
• Kidney diseases: The use of this medicine in patients with kidney diseases can have increased levels of this medicine.

The dose of Lorfast Meltab Tablet should be taken as prescribed by your doctor. The dosage may change based on individual factors such as the severity of the condition and response to treatment. It is essential to follow the prescribed dosage and not exceed it without consulting your doctor.
