Lenvima 4 mg Capsule 10 is used to treat thyroid cancer.

• Kidney Cancer: Used for advanced renal cell carcinoma, often together with other cancer medicines.

Follow these instructions while taking Lenvima 4 Mg Capsule 10:

• Swallow the capsule whole with a glass of water.

• Do not crush, chew, or open the capsules.

• Take this medicine at the same time each day.

• You can take this medicine with or without food.

• FGF receptor blocking: It inhibits fibroblast growth factor receptors (FGFR1-4), which play a crucial role in tumour development and progression.

• PDGFR inhibition: The medicine blocks platelet-derived growth factor receptor alpha (PDGFRα), preventing signals that promote cancer cell growth.

• RET and KIT receptor targeting: Lenvatinib stops the activity of these receptors, which are involved in cellular processes that can lead to cancer development.

• Anti-angiogenesis effect: By blocking multiple receptors, it effectively starves tumours of nutrients by preventing the formation of blood vessels that supply the cancer.
