Ketoplast + Plaster 7

Ketoplast + Plaster 7 may interact with the following medicines:

• Antihypertensive medicines (e.g., amlodipine, losartan): NSAID-containing medicines may reduce the blood pressure-lowering effect of these medicines in some individuals. Monitoring may be required during prolonged use.
• Anticoagulants (e.g., warfarin, apixaban): Concurrent use may increase the risk of bleeding or bruising. Careful monitoring may be advised during treatment.
• Other NSAID medicines (e.g., ibuprofen, diclofenac): Taking multiple NSAID-containing medicines together may increase the risk of stomach irritation, kidney-related side effects, or skin reactions. Concurrent use should be avoided unless advised by your doctor.
• Corticosteroids (e.g., prednisolone, dexamethasone): Combined use may increase the risk of gastrointestinal irritation or ulcer-related complications in some individuals. Caution is advised during treatment.

Ketoplast + Plaster 7 should be used with caution if you have:

• Asthma: NSAID-containing medicines may trigger breathing difficulty or worsen asthma symptoms in sensitive individuals. Monitoring may be required during treatment.
• Skin disorders or eczema: Applying the patch over inflamed or damaged skin may worsen irritation or skin reactions.
• Stomach ulcers or gastrointestinal bleeding: NSAID-containing medicines may increase the risk of stomach-related complications in susceptible individuals, especially during prolonged use.
• Photosensitivity: Ketoprofen may increase skin sensitivity to sunlight and may increase the risk of severe skin reactions after sun exposure. Avoid direct sunlight and ultraviolet exposure on the treated area during treatment and for some time after patch removal.

Use Ketoplast + Plaster 7 exactly as prescribed by your doctor. The duration and frequency of patch application may vary depending on the severity of pain and response to treatment. Follow the instructions provided on the product pack or prescribed by your doctor.

Overdose with Ketoplast + Plaster 7 is unlikely when used as directed. However, applying excessive patches or prolonged application may increase the risk of skin irritation, redness, itching, or a burning sensation at the application site. Seek medical attention if severe skin reactions or accidental ingestion occur.

If you forget to apply Ketoplast + Plaster 7, apply a new patch as soon as you remember. If it is nearly time for the next application, skip the missed application and continue your regular application schedule. Do not apply extra patches to compensate for the missed application.
