K DOX CAPSULE 10 is used to treat susceptible bacterial infections while supporting gut health during antibiotic treatment.

•  Respiratory and ENT Infections: Helps treat susceptible bacterial infections of the lungs, throat, sinuses, and airways, including pneumonia and bronchitis.
•  Urinary and Intestinal Infections: Helps treat susceptible bacterial infections of the urinary tract and intestines.
•  Certain Sexually Transmitted Infections: May be prescribed for certain sexually transmitted bacterial infections as advised by your doctor.

• Swallow the capsule whole with a glass of water.

K DOX CAPSULE 10 is taken orally.

K DOX CAPSULE 10 comprises two active ingredients:

• Doxycycline (100 mg): This antibiotic accumulates within the bacteria, attaches itself to a specific part of the bacterial ribosome known as the 30S subunit and stops bacterial protein synthesis. This action inhibits the growth and multiplication of bacteria, effectively controlling the infection.
• Lactobacillus (5 B): Lactobacillus, being a probiotic, helps restore the natural balance of gut flora. It aids in breaking down food, which leads to the production of lactic acid and other substances that make the gut environment less favourable for harmful bacteria. This healthy balance of gut flora aids in managing antibiotic-associated diarrhoea.

• Store the K DOX CAPSULE 10 in a cool, dry place where the temperature is below 25 degrees Celsius.
