• Other antidiabetic agents: Medicines like insulin and metformin may interact with Glide Tablet 10, potentially increasing the risk of low blood sugar or hypoglycaemia.

• Antihypertensives: Blood pressure-lowering medicines such as propranolol and atenolol can mask the symptoms of hypoglycaemia when taken with Glide Tablet 10.

• Corticosteroids: Medicines like prednisone and dexamethasone can reduce the blood sugar-lowering effect of Glide Tablet 10.

• Diuretics: Diuretics like hydrochlorothiazide may increase blood sugar levels when taken with Glide Tablet 10, reducing its effectiveness.

There are no known food interactions with Glide Tablet 10.

Glide Tablet 10 interacts with the following diseases:

• Kidney disease: Patients with kidney disease should exercise caution as this medicine could exacerbate their condition.

• Liver disease: The use of Glide Tablet 10 in patients with liver impairment could worsen their condition due to decreased medicine clearance.

• Adrenal or pituitary insufficiency: This medicine should be used with caution in patients with adrenal or pituitary insufficiency as it may cause severe hypoglycaemia.
