Fepanil 250 Suspension is used to reduce fever and relieve mild to moderate pain such as headaches, toothaches, muscle aches, and body pain. It contains paracetamol, which helps lower body temperature and reduce pain sensations. 

• Paracetamol: Paracetamol is a commonly used medication known for its ability to help relieve pain and reduce fever. It works by influencing the body's chemical processes that signal pain and regulate temperature. Paracetamol is often used to manage mild to moderate pain, such as headaches, muscle aches, and toothaches, as well as to alleviate symptoms of colds and flu, including fever.

• Manages Mild Fever: Paracetamol helps regulate the body's temperature by influencing the processes that cause fever, offering relief from discomfort associated with elevated body temperature.
   
• Helps Alleviate Back Pain: Paracetamol works by targeting the chemical processes that signal pain, reducing the discomfort caused by mild back pain, and promoting greater ease of movement.
   
• Reduces Muscle Aches: By influencing pain pathways in the body, paracetamol can help relieve muscle aches, providing comfort during recovery from physical exertion or illness.
   
• Relieves Headaches: Paracetamol helps alleviate the discomfort of mild to moderate headaches, allowing for a more manageable experience during a cold or flu.

• Infants 3 months to 12 years, 10 to 15 mg/kg/dose three to four times a day or as directed by the physician.
• The maximum daily dose is not to exceed 60 mg/kg in divided doses per day.

• Shake well before use. 
• Taking more than the daily dose of paracetamol may cause serious liver damage or even death.
• Stop taking and consult a doctor if you experience any of the symptoms such as skin rash, itching, or hives, swelling of the face, mouth, and throat, or difficulty breathing.
• Keep the bottle tightly closed.
• Keep it out of reach of children. 
• Protect from temperatures not exceeding 30°Celsius.
