- Tricyclic Antidepressants such as amitriptyline. The concomitant use of this tablet with amitriptyline may increase the risk of heart side effects.
- Ergot alkaloids, such as ergotamine and methysergide. Simultaneous use of this tablet with these medicines increases the risk of ergotism (a condition caused by the ingestion of ergot-contaminated grains, particularly rye).

- Cardiovascular disorders: This tablet may increase the risk of hypotension, hypertension, irregular heartbeats, chest pain, and palpitations.
- Urinary retention: This tablet can cause difficulty in urination and urinary retention.
