Febrinil Injection interacts with the following medicines:

• Hepatotoxic Medicines: When combined with Febrinil Injection, medications such as carbamazepine and isoniazid that are known to affect the liver may increase the risk of liver damage. It's important to monitor liver function if you're taking these medicines.

• Anticoagulants: Medicines like warfarin, an anticoagulant, may have their effects increased when administered with Febrinil Injection. This could potentially increase the risk of bleeding.

• Uricosuric Agents: Medications such as probenecid, which is used to treat gout and hyperuricemia, can increase and prolong the therapeutic effect of paracetamol, the active ingredient in Febrinil Injection.

Febrinil Injection does not have any known interactions with food.

Febrinil Injection interacts with the following diseases:

• Liver Disease: If you have severe hepatic impairment or active liver disease, use of Febrinil Injection is contraindicated, as it could exacerbate your condition.

• Alcohol Dependence: As paracetamol, a component of Febrinil Injection, is metabolised by the liver, excessive alcohol consumption can increase the risk of liver damage. Therefore, caution is advised if you're a heavy drinker.
