• Anticoagulants: Medicines like warfarin, an anticoagulant, may have their effects increased when administered with Febrinil Injection. This could potentially increase the risk of bleeding.

• Uricosuric Agents: Medications such as probenecid, which is used to treat gout and hyperuricemia, can increase and prolong the therapeutic effect of paracetamol, the active ingredient in Febrinil Injection.

Febrinil Injection does not have any known interactions with food.

Febrinil Injection interacts with the following diseases:

• Liver Disease: If you have severe hepatic impairment or active liver disease, use of Febrinil Injection is contraindicated, as it could exacerbate your condition.
