Evaquik 2 Tablet 10 is used for the following:

• Management of chronic idiopathic constipation in adults: This is a condition where bowel movements are infrequent, hard, or incomplete without any identifiable cause.
• Improvement of gut motility: It helps in maintaining regular and easy bowel movements.
• Relief for patients who have not found adequate relief from other laxatives: If other types of laxatives are ineffective, this medicine can be used to manage constipation.
• Enhancement of quality of life: By managing chronic constipation effectively, it aids in improving the quality of life.

Follow these instructions while taking Evaquik 2 Tablet 10:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
• Do not chew or crush the tablet.
• Take the medicine according to your doctor's instructions.
• Do not stop taking this medicine without consulting your doctor first.
• Inform your doctor about all other medicines you are currently taking.

Evaquik 2 Tablet 10 is taken orally.

Evaquik 2 Tablet 10 contains prucalopride (2 mg), which works on the body as follows:

• Selective 5-HT4 receptor agonist: Prucalopride stimulates the 5-HT4 receptors in the gastrointestinal tract. These receptors play a significant role in controlling gut movement.
