It contains diclofenac, an NSAID that reduces the inflammation and swelling that cause pain, paracetamol, which raises the body's pain threshold and helps lower fever and serratiopeptidase. Take this tablet with food or milk, as prescribed, and only for short-term use unless your doctor advises otherwise.
Resting adequately, staying well hydrated, and using a warm or cold compress on painful areas can help ease discomfort alongside this medicine.
Tell your doctor if you have heart disease, stomach ulcers, kidney problems, or are taking blood thinning medicines before starting this tablet. Report any black stools, severe stomach pain, or yellowing of the skin or eyes immediately.
