DTM 90 SR Tablet 10  is used to lower high blood pressure, prevent the chest pain of angina, and manage certain irregular heart rhythms and coronary artery disease, and is also used in Raynaud's disease to improve blood flow to the fingers and toes.

Uses of Dtm 90 SR Tablet are:

• High Blood Pressure: Helps lower and control blood pressure.
• Angina: Helps prevent chest pain caused by reduced blood flow to the heart.
• Heart Rhythm and Raynaud's: Helps with certain irregular rhythms and with Raynaud's disease.

• Swallow the tablet with a glass of water. Do not chew, crush, or break it. 
• This tablet can be taken with or without food. However, it is recommended to take it consistently each day.
• It is essential to follow your doctor's instructions regarding the dose and duration of the tablet. 

DTM 90 SR Tablet 10 is taken orally.
 

DTM 90 SR Tablet 10  contains the following component:

• Diltiazem (90 Mg): Diltiazem works by blocking the entry of calcium ions into specific cells in your body, particularly the vascular smooth muscle and cardiac muscle cells. This action occurs during depolarisation, a critical phase of electrical activity in active cells. By inhibiting calcium channels, diltiazem promotes the relaxation and dilation of coronary arteries and peripheral blood vessels. This improves blood flow and oxygen delivery to the heart while reducing its workload. Additionally, diltiazem slows down the heart rate and conduction through the AV node, further supporting its therapeutic effects.

• Store DTM 90 SR Tablet 10 at room temperature (below 30°C), away from direct sunlight and heat.
• Keep the tablets in their original packaging until ready to use.
• Keep DTM 90 SR Tablet 10 out of the reach of children and pets.
• Do not store DTM 90 SR Tablet 10 in the bathroom or other humid areas.
