Dosin 4 Capsule 15 interacts with the following medicines:

• Strong CYP3A4 Inhibitors: Medicines like ketoconazole, itraconazole, ritonavir, or clarithromycin may increase silodosin levels in the bloodstream, elevating its effects.
• Strong P-glycoprotein inhibitors: Medicines line cyclosporine when co-administered may increase plasma silodosin concentration. Concomitant use is not recommended.

Dosin 4 Capsule 15 is known to interact with certain types of food:

• High-fat meals: High-fat meals can increase the absorption of silodosin, possibly intensifying its effects. It is advisable to take this capsule as directed without such meals.

Dosin 4 Capsule 15 interacts with the following diseases:

• Kidney Impairment: Severe kidney impairment can lead to increased levels of silodosin. Avoid Dosin 4 Capsule 15 if you have serious kidney issues.
• Liver Impairment: Severe liver issues are also contraindications for Dosin 4 Capsule 15. Consult a doctor if you have a history of liver disease.
• Other Alpha-Blockers: Combining this capsule with other alpha-blockers, such as doxazosin or tamsulosin, could cause excessive blood pressure lowering.
