Dolowin Plus Tablet may cause some side effects that are usually mild and may improve as your body adjusts to the medicine.

A few common side effects of Dolowin Plus Tablet:

• Digestive: Indigestion, nausea or stomach pain.
• Neurological: Dizziness or headache.
• General: Tiredness or weakness.

• Swallow the Dolowin Plus Tablet whole with a glass of water.
• Do not crush or chew the Dolowin Plus Tablet, as this may affect the way the medication is absorbed in the body.
• Take the Dolowin Plus Tablet at fixed times each day to maintain a consistent level of medication. 
• Do not change your Dolowin Plus Tablet dose or take them more often than prescribed.

• Dolowin Plus Tablet is taken orally.

• Aceclofenac, an active ingredient in Dolowin Plus Tablet, is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that works by inhibiting the production of prostaglandins, substances produced by the body that cause pain and inflammation. By reducing the levels of prostaglandins, aceclofenac helps to relieve pain and inflammation in conditions such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis.
• Paracetamol, another active ingredient in Dolowin Plus Tablet, is a pain reliever and fever reducer that works by blocking the production of prostaglandins in the brain. It helps to reduce pain and fever associated with conditions such as headache, dental pain, dysmenorrhea and fever.
• Combining aceclofenac and paracetamol provides a more effective and comprehensive pain and inflammation relief approach. Aceclofenac targets the root cause of pain and inflammation, while paracetamol provides additional pain relief and fever reduction. 

• Store this medicine at a temperature below 30 ºC.
• Protect it from light and moisture.
• Keep Dolowin Plus Tablet away from children.
• Do not use this medicine after the expiry date has passed.
