Diprovate Plus ES Cream is used for managing severe inflammatory skin conditions like eczema and psoriasis. It provides relief from the intense inflammation, itching, and scaling linked with conditions such as atopic dermatitis and other dry, scaly skin lesions.

To use Diprovate ES Plus Ointment effectively, follow these steps:

• Before you apply the ointment, make sure the affected skin area is clean and dry.

• Apply a thin film of the ointment on the affected area as advised by the doctor.

• Gently rub in until it's fully absorbed into the skin.

• It's important not to apply this medicine to your face, groin, or underarms unless your doctor has advised you to do so.

• Remember to wash your hands thoroughly after applying the ointment.

Diprovate ES Plus Ointment contains two active ingredients:

• Betamethasone (0.05 %): This is a potent corticosteroid that binds to certain receptors within your body's cells. By doing so, it triggers the creation of proteins that reduce inflammation while simultaneously blocking the production of substances that can cause inflammation. As a result, betamethasone effectively reduces inflammation and slows down rapid skin cell growth.

• Salicylic Acid (6 %): This component falls under a category of medicines known as keratolytic agents. It works by softening and breaking down the thickened skin layer, promoting the shedding off of scaly skin. This action helps unclog pores and improves the appearance of the skin. In addition to this, salicylic acid also has mild anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties.

• Store Diprovate ES Plus Ointment at a controlled room temperature between 20°C to 25°C.

• Keep it away from extreme heat and freezing temperatures.

• The ointment should be kept in a dry place, away from light and moisture.
