Criz M Syrup 60ml

Criz-M Syrup is used to manage allergy symptoms in children, including a runny nose, sneezing, and swelling. It is also helpful in the management of asthma and chronic urticaria (hives) as add-on or preventive therapy, by reducing airway inflammation and allergic reactions. This syrup provides relief from symptoms such as wheezing, coughing, and breathing difficulties, allowing children to breathe more easily and stay comfortable during allergic or respiratory flare-ups.

Give Criz-M Syrup to your child as follows:

• Use the provided measuring cup to ensure the correct dosage.
• Remember to shake well before use.
• Close the bottle tightly after each use.

Criz-M Syrup is given orally.

Criz-M Syrup contains two active ingredients:

• Levocetirizine (2.5 mg): This ingredient works as an H1-receptor antagonist. In simple terms, it blocks histamine H1 receptors that are responsible for allergic reactions. When these receptors are blocked, the release of histamine and other mediators involved in allergic reactions is inhibited. This action results in reduced inflammation, itching, sneezing, and other allergy symptoms.
• Montelukast (4 mg): This component acts as a leukotriene receptor antagonist specifically targeting the leukotriene D4 (LTD4) in the lungs and bronchial tubes. This reduces bronchoconstriction (tightening of airways), inflammation, and mucus secretion, making breathing easier for your child.

• Keep Criz-M Syrup in a cool and dry place.
• The ideal storage temperature is below 30°C.
• Protect the medicine from light.
• Make sure to store it in a place out of reach of children.
• Ensure you use it before its expiry date.
