CompositionCORFLAM PLUS Syrup is used to relieve mild to moderate pain and reduce fever in children, including toothache, earache, sore throat, headache and body aches, and to help manage discomfort from common childhood illnesses. It combines ibuprofen, an NSAID, with paracetamol.
Ibuprofen reduces pain, fever and inflammation, while paracetamol adds further pain and fever relief, together providing stronger relief than either medicine used alone.
Give this syrup to your child after food to reduce stomach upset, using the measuring device provided, at the lowest effective dose for the shortest time needed.
Do not give alongside other paracetamol-containing or ibuprofen-containing medicines, and do not exceed the recommended daily amount. Tell your child's doctor about any asthma, stomach ulcers, kidney or liver problems, or history of bleeding before use, and report stomach pain, dark stools or a severe skin reaction.
