Clobenate GM Cream 10gm

Clobenate-GM Cream is used to treat mixed bacterial and fungal skin infections. It is effective in conditions such as ringworm, jock itch, athlete’s foot, eczema, and psoriasis complicated by infection. The cream helps reduce redness, itching, swelling, and irritation while promoting faster healing of affected skin.

To use Clobenate-GM Cream, follow these steps:

• Make sure the affected skin area is clean and dry.
• Apply a thin film of the cream to the affected skin areas twice a day.
• Rub the cream gently into your skin.
• Wash your hands before and after applying the cream.
• Avoid touching your eyes, mouth, or any other mucous membranes after applying the cream.

Clobenate-GM Cream is applied topically.

Clobenate-GM Cream contains three active ingredients that work together to manage skin conditions:

• Clobetasol Propionate (0.05%): This is a potent corticosteroid with anti-inflammatory properties. It works by inducing lipocortins, proteins that inhibit the production of inflammation-causing substances in the body.
• Miconazole (2%): An azole antifungal, miconazole inhibits the synthesis of ergosterol, an essential component of fungal cell walls. This increases the permeability of these walls, causing leakage of cellular contents.
• Neomycin (0.5%): As an aminoglycoside antibiotic, neomycin stops bacterial growth by binding to their 30S ribosomal subunit – an essential part of protein synthesis. This action results in bacteria misreading mRNA and the subsequent inhibition of protein synthesis.

• Store Clobenate-GM Cream in a cool, dry place, ideally at a temperature below 25 °C.
• Shield it from direct sunlight and avoid freezing the cream.
• Always keep the tube tightly closed after use.
• Ensure Clobenate-GM Cream is kept out of reach of children.
• Always check the expiry date before applying the cream; never use it past its expiration date.

• If you have skin conditions like eczema or psoriasis managed by Clobenate-GM Cream, try to include foods rich in Omega-3 fatty acids, such as fish and flaxseeds, in your diet. These can help reduce inflammation and support skin health.
• Maintain good hygiene practices to prevent secondary infections. Regularly wash and dry your skin, especially the area where you apply the cream. Avoid sharing towels or other personal items that come into contact with your skin.
