• Diarrhoea: Ceftum 250 mg tablets may cause diarrhoea, which can be severe. Patients with a history of diarrhoea should use Ceftum 250 mg tablets with caution, as it may increase the risk of developing antibiotic-associated diarrhoea, which can be severe.
