CompositionBetnesol 0.5 Tablet is used to manage severe inflammatory, autoimmune and allergic conditions, including asthma, arthritis, severe allergic reactions and skin conditions such as eczema, dermatitis and psoriasis.
It contains betamethasone, a corticosteroid. It works by reducing inflammation and calming an overactive immune response.
Take it with food or milk as prescribed. Do not stop it suddenly after long-term use, as the dose must be reduced gradually under medical guidance.
Tell your doctor about any infection, diabetes, high blood pressure, stomach ulcers, glaucoma or osteoporosis before starting. Report signs of infection, marked mood changes or unusual weight gain.
