Zyloric Tablet 10

Zyloric Tablet is used to treat gout and high uric acid.

Uses of Zyloric Tablet are:

• Gout and High Uric Acid: Lowers uric acid to help prevent gout attacks and joint damage.
• Kidney and Bladder Stones: Helps prevent stones linked with high uric acid.
• During Chemotherapy: Helps prevent uric acid build-up during cancer treatment.

• Follow your doctor's instructions exactly when taking Zyloric Tablet.
• It is usually taken once or twice a day after a meal.
• Take the medication for the recommended duration based on your medical condition.
• If you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding, consult your doctor before taking this medicine.
• Stay hydrated and drink at least 2-3 litres of water daily unless instructed otherwise by your doctor.

• Zyloric Tablet are taken orally, which means it is swallowed with water. It is not meant to be injected or applied topically.

Zyloric Tablet contains allopurinol (100 mg) as its active ingredient.

• Allopurinol and its active metabolite inhibit xanthine oxidase, an enzyme responsible for converting hypoxanthine to xanthine and xanthine to uric acid.
• This mechanism helps lower the levels of uric acid in the body.

• Store Zyloric Tablet in a cool and dry place at temperatures not exceeding 30 degrees Celsius.
