Broncorex Sugar Free Expectorant 100ml is used to relieve chest congestion and productive cough caused by excessive mucus in respiratory conditions. It is commonly prescribed for bronchitis, bronchial asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, bronchiectasis, and emphysema. The expectorant works by loosening thick mucus, reducing airway inflammation, and making it easier to clear phlegm from the lungs.

Administer Broncorex Syrup as follows:
