Broncorex Expectorant is used to provide relief from chest congestion and coughs associated with excessive mucus production in respiratory conditions. Broncorex Syrup contains three active ingredients:

• Bromhexine (4 mg): Bromhexine is a mucolytic agent that works by reducing the thickness of mucus secretions in your airways.
