Bevarest 100 MG Injection 1

Bevarest 100 MG Injection 1 is used in the following conditions:

• Metastatic colorectal cancer
• Non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer
• Recurrent glioblastoma
• Metastatic renal cell carcinoma
• Persistent or metastatic cervical cancer
• Epithelial ovarian cancer
• Fallopian tube cancer
• Primary peritoneal cancer
• Hepatocellular carcinoma

Bevarest 100 MG Injection 1 is for intravenous administration only. 

Bevarest 100 MG Injection 1 contains the following component:

• Bevacizumab (100 Mg): Bevacizumab is a monoclonal antibody. It works by attaching itself to a protein called vascular endothelial growth factor or VEGF. Normally, VEGF stimulates the growth of new blood vessels, a process called angiogenesis. Tumours, which are abnormal growths of body cells, require a constant supply of nutrients and oxygen for their growth and spread. They get these from blood vessels. By binding to VEGF, Bevacizumab inhibits the formation of these new blood vessels around the tumour. Consequently, it starves the tumours of their required nutrients and oxygen, thereby slowing down their growth and spread.

• Store in a refrigerator (2°C to 8°C).
• Store it in its original package to shield it from light exposure.
• Ensure it's kept out of reach and sight of children.
• Never use Bevarest 100 MG Injection 1 after the expiration date, which is clearly marked on the package.

• Regular blood pressure monitoring is recommended as Bevacizumab may cause high blood pressure.
• Regular follow-up visits are essential to track the progress of the cancer treatment.
