• Barbiturates such as phenobarbitone. The effect of these drops may be reduced by phenobarbitone.
• Antigungals such as itraconazole. The concomitant use can increase the blood concentration of these drops.

• Infections: These drops can make you susceptible to infections and worsen the existing infections.
• Tuberculosis: These drops may impair the ability to resist and fight tuberculosis infection.
• Psychosis: These drops should be carefully used in patients with a history of steroid psychosis as it can aggravate the condition.
