Betnesol Oral Drops 15ml

Betnesol Drops are used in the following conditions:

• Bronchial asthma: Betnesol Drops help reduce airway inflammation and alleviate asthma symptoms like wheezing and shortness of breath.
• Severe hypersensitivity reactions/anaphylaxis: These drops suppress severe allergic reactions and anaphylaxis by inhibiting the immune response.
• Rheumatoid arthritis: The inflammation and pain associated with rheumatoid arthritis, an autoimmune joint disease, can also be alleviated with these drops.
• Systemic lupus erythematosus: These drops can help control systemic lupus erythematosus's immune response and inflammation, a chronic autoimmune disease.
• Dermatomyositis: The inflammation and muscle weakness in dermatomyositis, an inflammatory muscle disease, can also be alleviated with Betnesol Drops.
• Mixed connective tissue disease: Betnesol Drops can help manage the inflammatory symptoms of mixed connective tissue disease.
• Inflammatory skin disorders: Various inflammatory skin conditions can also be relieved with Betnesol Drops.
• Minimal change nephrotic syndrome and acute interstitial nephritis: Betnesol Drops can be employed to manage certain inflammation-related kidney conditions.

• Unscrew the cover on the dropper.
• Pull out the teat and screw the dropper onto the bottle after removing the metal cap. 
• Measure the prescribed drops with the dropper.
• Keep the bottle well-capped after use.
• Use these drops within one month after opening the drops.

Betnesol Drops are administered orally.

Betnesol Drops contain Betamethasone (0.5 mg). It is a corticosteroid. It acts by:

• Reducing skin inflammation by inhibiting the release of inflammatory mediators, 
• It reduces symptoms like redness, itching, and discomfort associated with various skin conditions.

• Store this medicine at a temperature below 30 ºC.
• Protect it from direct sunlight.
• Keep Betnesol Drops away from children.
• Do not use this medicine after the expiry date has passed.

• Corticosteroids can increase the risk of osteoporosis, so increase vitamin D intake to support bone health. Consult with your doctor before starting these supplements.
• This medication may cause sodium retention, leading to fluid retention and increased blood pressure. Limit your sodium intake to manage these conditions.
