Avomine Tablet is used to manage motion sickness, vertigo, and labyrinthitis. It relieves nausea, dizziness, and imbalance caused by inner ear disturbances, improving comfort during travel or illness. It belongs to the class of medications known as phenothiazines.
In addition to its primary uses, the medicine can also help relieve symptoms of allergic reactions, such as allergic rhinitis (runny nose and watery eyes due to allergies to pollen, molds, or dust), allergic skin reactions, and even some allergic responses to blood. However, it should not be taken for longer than seven days without consulting a healthcare provider.
While the medicine is generally well-tolerated, some side effects may occur, including drowsiness, dizziness, or dryness in the mouth. If these or any other unusual symptoms appear, inform your doctor immediately. Before taking the medicine, make sure to disclose any allergies, existing medical conditions, or other medications you are taking to ensure safe treatment.
