Atarax Sr Tablet 15 is used to manage anxiety and relieve allergic conditions such as itching and hives. It belongs to the class of medicines known as antihistamines.

Manage anxiety and tension
Relieve itching associated with allergic skin conditions
Manage allergic reactions and hives
Reduce symptoms associated with histamine release
Provide sedative effects in selected patients when prescribed by a doctor

Follow these instructions while taking Atarax Sr Tablet 15:

Take the tablet exactly as prescribed by your doctor.
Swallow the sustained-release tablet whole with water.
Do not crush, chew, or break the tablet unless advised otherwise.
It may be taken with or without food.
Take the medicine at approximately the same time each day.
