Anaspas Injection contains two key components:

• Camylofin (25 mg): It's an anticholinergic medicine that works as an antispasmodic by relaxing the smooth muscles in your stomach and intestines. Camylofin achieves this by blocking the effects of a chemical called acetylcholine on certain receptors in your body called muscarinic receptors. This action reduces contractions in your stomach muscles, easing spasms.

• Diclofenac (25 mg): This is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicine that works by reducing the levels of chemicals known as prostaglandins at the site of injury or inflammation in your body. These prostaglandins are responsible for causing pain and inflammation. By lowering their levels, diclofenac provides relief from pain, reduces inflammation, and reduces fever.
