Anafortan Syrup is used to relieve abdominal pain and discomfort caused by gastrointestinal spasms, including those linked to irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), colic, and menstrual cramps. It contains two active ingredients: Camylofin, which acts as an antispasmodic by relaxing the muscles of the stomach and intestines, and Paracetamol, which provides pain relief and helps reduce fever.
Remember to shake the syrup well before use. While using Anafortan Syrup, your child may experience some common side effects like dizziness, nausea, digestion problems, or skin reactions. If you notice any severe side effects, stop administering Anafortan Syrup immediately and contact your paediatrician.
