ALL 9 NVP TABLET 10 is used to:

• Help manage nausea and vomiting during pregnancy
• Help reduce symptoms of morning sickness
• Support folate and vitamin supplementation during pregnancy

Follow these instructions while taking ALL 9 NVP TABLET 10:

• Take the tablet exactly as prescribed by your doctor.
• Swallow the tablet with water without crushing or chewing it unless advised otherwise.
• Take the medicine at the same time each day for better symptom control.
• Do not take more than the recommended dose without consulting your doctor.
• Inform your doctor if symptoms persist or worsen despite treatment.

ALL 9 NVP TABLET 10 is taken orally.

ALL 9 NVP TABLET 10 contains the following ingredients:

• Doxylamine (20 mg): It is an antihistamine that helps reduce nausea and vomiting by blocking histamine receptors and reducing nausea-related signalling in the brain.
• L-Methylfolate Calcium (1 mg): It is an active form of folate that helps support red blood cell formation, DNA synthesis, and normal foetal development during pregnancy.
• Methylcobalamin (1500 mcg): It is an active form of vitamin B12 that helps support nerve function, red blood cell production, and neurological health.
• Pyridoxal 5 Phosphate (10 mg): It is the active form of vitamin B6 that helps support metabolism, nerve function, and the management of nausea associated with pregnancy.

• Store ALL 9 NVP TABLET 10 below 25°C.
• Protect from moisture and direct sunlight.
• Keep the medicine in the original packaging until use.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Do not use after the expiry date mentioned on the pack.

• Eat small, frequent meals instead of large meals to help reduce nausea and vomiting during pregnancy.
• Avoid oily, spicy, or strong-smelling foods if they worsen nausea symptoms.
• Stay adequately hydrated by taking small sips of fluids throughout the day, especially if vomiting occurs frequently.
• Include folate-rich foods such as green leafy vegetables, legumes, and whole grains to help support nutritional balance during pregnancy.
• Get adequate rest and avoid sudden movements if nausea or dizziness worsens during the day.
