Physiomer Babymist Nasal Spray is used for clearing nasal passages using a soft, fine mist that won’t irritate sensitive nasal mucosa. This nasal spray is made with isotonic, undiluted seawater, which contains over 80 essential minerals and trace elements that support nasal health and natural mucosal defence. It effectively helps unblock a baby’s nose during colds, allergies or sinus issues, supporting breathing and comfort without the use of medication. This nasal spray helps support daily nasal hygiene and helps reduce the risk of ENT complications by flushing out allergens, dust and infectious agents. 

• Isotonic Seawater: Isotonic seawater is purified natural seawater diluted to match the body’s salt concentration, making it gentle and non-irritating for delicate tissues. It is rich in minerals and trace elements, which help cleanse nasal passages, moisturise mucous membranes and support natural nasal defence. • Wash your hands thoroughly.
• Gently lay your baby on their back or slightly tilt their head to one side.
• Keep a clean tissue or cloth nearby to wipe away mucus after spraying.
• Place the soft, rounded nozzle just inside one nostril.
• Do not insert it deeply—just enough to seal the nostril opening.
• Keep the baby calm and supported to avoid sudden movements. Press the nozzle briefly (1–2 seconds) to release the fine mist.
• Let the solution flow through and loosen mucus.
• Wipe the nose gently with a soft tissue.
• Repeat the same steps for the other nostril.
• Rinse the nozzle with warm water after each use.
• Let it air-dry before replacing the cap.
• From 15 days of age:
• In the treatment of nasal symptoms in case of cold or rhinopharyngitis: 4 to 6 times a day, spray 1 to 2 seconds in each nostril.
• In daily use, hygiene and prevention of nasal infections: 1 to 2 times a day, spray 1 to 2 seconds in each nostril.
