• Measure 9 level scoops (87 grams) of Nepro LP powder.
• Mix in a glass with 170 ml of clean, sterile water (room temperature or warm). 
• Stir well until completely dissolved and consume immediately.
• For oral use, it may be used for total (4-5 servings per day) or supplemental (1-3 servings per day) nutrition and fed chilled or at room temperature.

• Always use Nepro LP under medical supervision.
• Not suitable for children unless recommended by a healthcare professional.
• Not for use in individuals with galactosemia or those undergoing dialysis.
• Store it in a cool, dry place and keep it out of reach of children.
• Once opened, use the contents within three weeks; once mixed, refrigerate and consume within 24 hours.

• If desired, Nepro® LP can be heated, but do not boil or heat in a microwave oven. 
• For tube feeding, Nepro® LP may be delivered by gravity or by pump. The flow rate and volume depend on the patient's condition and tolerance.

• Additional fluid requirements can be met by giving supplemental water.
