Eyefresh Tears Plus Eye Drops are used for lubricating the eyes. It helps relieve dryness and discomfort by acting as artificial tears. • Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium (1.0% w/v): This cellulose-derived polymer helps retain moisture on the ocular surface.
