Xadoglip M 500/20 MG Tablet 10 is used for the following:

Follow these instructions while taking Xadoglip M 500/20 MG Tablet 10:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a full glass of water.

• Do not crush, break, or chew the tablet.

Xadoglip M 500/20 MG Tablet 10 is taken orally.

Xadoglip M 500/20 MG Tablet 10 contains two active ingredients:

• Teneligliptin (20 mg): This is a dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP-4) inhibitor that blocks an enzyme which normally breaks down incretin hormones. By inhibiting this enzyme, teneligliptin increases and prolongs the action of incretins, which stimulate insulin release from the pancreas when blood sugar is high and reduce glucagon production.

• Metformin (500 mg): This a biguanide that reduces glucose production in the liver and decreases intestinal absorption of glucose. It also improves insulin sensitivity by increasing how well your body's cells take up and use glucose.

• Store Xadoglip M 500/20 MG Tablet 10 at room temperature below 25°C.

• Keep in a tightly closed container, protected from light and moisture.

• Store in a dry place away from direct heat or sunlight.

• Keep out of reach and sight of children.

• Do not use this medicine after the expiry date printed on the packaging.

• Monitor your carbohydrate intake by choosing complex carbohydrates (like whole grains and vegetables) over simple sugars, which helps maintain steady blood glucose levels throughout the day.
