• Dapagliflozin (10 mg): This component acts as an inhibitor of sodium-glucose cotransporter 2 (SGLT2). By reducing kidney glucose reabsorption and lowering the renal threshold for glucose, dapagliflozin helps manage blood sugar levels effectively.
• Metformin (1000 mg): As a biguanide, metformin decreases glucose production by the liver, reduces glucose absorption by the intestines, and enhances insulin sensitivity. These actions collectively help control high blood sugar levels.
