Valkem-OD 250 Tablet is used for the following:

• Management of various types of seizures, including simple, complex partial, and complex absence seizures
• Regulating manic episodes linked with bipolar disorder
• Prophylaxis or prevention of migraine headaches

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. Avoid crushing or chewing it.
• You can take this medicine with or without food.
• Always follow your doctor's advice on when and how to take this medicine. Do not alter the schedule or dose without consulting your doctor.
• Never stop taking this medicine suddenly, as it may worsen your symptoms. Always consult your doctor if you need to stop its use.
