Urinac 25 Tablet may interact with the following medications:

• Ganglion-blocking medications (e.g., Mecamylamine, Trimethaphan): May cause a severe drop in blood pressure.
• Anticholinergic medications (e.g., Atropine, Scopolamine): May reduce the effectiveness of Urinac 25 Tablet.
• Cholinesterase inhibitors (e.g., Neostigmine, Pyridostigmine): May enhance the effects of Bethanechol, leading to increased side effects.

Urinac 25 Tablet is not known to interact with any foods.

Urinac 25 Tablet may interact with the following conditions:

• Peptic ulcers: This medication may increase stomach acid production, worsening ulcers.
• Asthma or bronchial conditions: It may cause bronchial constriction, exacerbating symptoms.
• Heart disease (bradycardia, hypotension): Bethanechol may lower heart rate and blood pressure, which can be risky for heart patients.
• Gastrointestinal obstruction or recent surgery: This medicine may worsen the condition due to increased muscular activity.

If you forget to take your dose, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is close to the time for your next dose, skip the missed one and continue with your regular schedule. Do not double the dose to make up for a missed one.
