• Swallow the capsule whole with a glass of water.
• Avoid opening, crushing or chewing the capsule.
• Remember to take the medicine approximately 30 minutes after the same meal each day to ensure consistent absorption.

Temsin-Dfz Capsule contains two components:

• Deflazacort (30 mg): This corticosteroid exerts strong anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive effects. It works by lowering inflammation and modifying the response of the immune system. Within the context of DMD, deflazacort can slow down the progression of muscle weakness and enhance muscle strength.
• Tamsulosin Hydrochloride (0.4 mg): As an alpha-1 adrenergic receptor antagonist, tamsulosin relaxes smooth muscles in the prostate and bladder neck. Its action eases urine flow and lessens symptoms of BPH such as frequent urination, weak stream, and incomplete bladder emptying. Tamsulosin primarily targets alpha-1A adrenergic receptors found in the prostate.

• Store Temsin-Dfz Capsule in a cool, dry place.
• The ideal storage temperature is between 20°C to 25°C.
• Shield the medicine from light.
• Keep it out of reach of children.
• Always ensure you use the medication before its expiry date.
