Telplus Trio Tablet 10

Telplus Trio Tablet is used to manage high blood pressure and provide cardiovascular protection for individuals at risk of heart attack or stroke. By combining antihypertensive agents, it effectively lowers blood pressure and reduces complications associated with hypertension.

• Take the tablet with a glass of water.
• Swallow the tablet as a whole, do not crush or chew.
• Take it in the dosage suggested by your doctor. 
• It should be taken with food. 
• It can be taken only at the appearance of symptoms.

Telplus Trio tablet is administered orally. 

The components of Telplus Trio tablet are as follows:

• Chlorthalidone (12.5 mg)- It belongs to the class of diuretics, commonly known as water tablets. It functions by increasing the removal of excess water and certain salts, such as sodium and potassium, from the blood. This action reduces the fluid volume circulating through blood vessels, ultimately improving blood flow.
• Cilnidipine (10 mg)- It is classified as a calcium channel blocker. It exerts its action by affecting the muscle cells in the walls of arteries. By relaxing these muscle cells, cilnidipine widens the arteries (blood vessels), enhancing blood flow and increasing oxygen supply to the heart.
• Telmisartan (40 mg)- It operates by blocking the hormone angiotensin II in the body. It is responsible for narrowing blood vessels, which can lead to high blood pressure. By inhibiting the effects of angiotensin II, telmisartan helps prevent this narrowing of blood vessels and effectively lowers blood pressure.

• Store Telplus Trio tablet at room temperature.
• Protect the medicine from heat and light.
• Keep the tablet away from the reach of children.
• Do not use the tablet after the expiry date has passed.
