It is a combination medicine containing telmisartan, an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB), and amlodipine, a calcium channel blocker. Take it with or without food as prescribed, ideally as prescribed. Continue taking it regularly even if you feel well, as high blood pressure often has no symptoms. Do not stop taking it suddenly without consulting your doctor.
