Tancet Syrup 60ml contains cetirizine (5 mg) as its active ingredient:

• Selective H1 Receptor Inhibition: Cetirizine works by selectively blocking a type of receptor in the body called histamine H1 receptors. Histamine is a chemical that is released during an allergic reaction and can cause inflammation and itching among other symptoms.
