Soventus Jr Syrup 60ml

Soventus Jr. Syrup treats respiratory issues in children, including cough, bronchitis, asthma, COPD, sinusitis, and emphysema. It helps clear mucus, reduce airway inflammation, and open airways for easier breathing. This improves lung function and effectively manages asthma symptoms, offering quick relief for respiratory discomfort.

• Give Soventus Jr. Syrup with water.
• Use the provided measuring cup or dropper to measure the correct dose of the syrup.
• Keep the bottle well-capped after use.
• This medicine is sugar-based and needs caution for use in diabetic patients. If your child has diabetes, consult your doctor before taking this medicine.

Soventus Jr. Syrup is given orally.

Soventus Jr. Syrup contains the following components:

• Ambroxol Hydrochloride (10 mg): It is a mucolytic agent that helps thin and loosen the respiratory tract's mucus. Promoting the production of a thinner, more manageable mucus facilitates easier expectoration, relieving congestion and cough associated with respiratory conditions.
• Terbutaline Sulphate (0.5 mg): It is a bronchodilator that relaxes the smooth muscles in the airways. It helps widen the respiratory passages, making breathing easier for the patient. 
• Guaifenesin (25 mg): It is an expectorant that helps to increase the volume and reduce the viscosity of respiratory secretions. It irritates certain receptors in the stomach, which triggers reflexes that cause the glands to produce a thinner and less sticky mucus. As a result, the thicker mucus blocking the small airways may be flushed out, temporarily improving breathing difficulties and shortness of breath.

• Store this medicine at a temperature below 25 ºC.
• Protect it from light.
