Seragesic Tablet is used to relieve pain and inflammation in joint and muscle disorders.

Uses of Seragesic Tablet are:

• Arthritis: Relieves pain and inflammation in osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.
• Back and Spinal Pain: Eases low back pain and ankylosing spondylitis.
• Dental and Post-Surgical Pain: Relieves dental pain and discomfort after surgery.

Follow these instructions while taking Seragesic Tablet:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• Avoid chewing or breaking the tablet.

• Always take the medicine after meals to reduce stomach upset.

• Do not exceed the prescribed dose without discussing it with your doctor.

Seragesic Tablet is taken orally.

Seragesic Tablet is a combination medicine containing two active ingredients:

• Aceclofenac (100 mg): This component belongs to the group of nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). It works by inhibiting cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, particularly COX2, which play a key role in creating substances called prostaglandins that cause pain and inflammation. By reducing the production of these prostaglandins, aceclofenac effectively manages pain and inflammation.

• Serratiopeptidase (15 mg): This is a proteolytic enzyme derived from a type of bacteria. It reduces swelling and oedema (fluid retention), which are common symptoms of inflammation. Additionally, it has properties that help break down abnormal proteins and fibrin deposits substances that can accumulate at sites of inflammation or injury and contribute to swelling and pain.

• Store Seragesic Tablet in a cool and dry place.

• The ideal storage temperature is below 30°C.

• Keep the medicine protected from direct sunlight and moisture.

• Ensure it's kept out of reach of children.

• Always check the expiry date before use, never take the medicine past its expiry date.

• If you're dealing with osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, or other musculoskeletal disorders, try to maintain a balanced diet rich in calcium and vitamin D to support bone health. Regular low-impact exercises like swimming or cycling may also aid in managing these conditions.
