• Vitamin A supplements: Since both Resoten 20 Capsule and vitamin A supplements are retinoids, taking them together may lead to vitamin A toxicity.

• Tetracycline antibiotics: Medicines such as doxycycline or minocycline can increase the risk of a condition known as pseudotumor cerebri when taken with Resoten 20 Capsule.

• Anti-seizure medications: Phenytoin levels may be altered when taken with Resoten 20 Capsule.

• Contraceptive pills: The efficacy of progestin-only birth control pills may be reduced by Resoten 20 Capsule.

• Herbal supplements: St. John's Wort can reduce isotretinoin levels in the blood, potentially reducing the effectiveness of Resoten 20 Capsule.

The absorption of isotretinoin is improved when taken with a high-fat meal.
