CompositionParamet Tablet is used to treat an acute migraine attack, easing both the headache and the nausea and vomiting that can come with it. Taken early in an attack, it helps relieve the symptoms.
It contains paracetamol, which relieves pain, and metoclopramide, which settles nausea and helps the stomach empty so the paracetamol is absorbed properly.
Take it strictly as advised, ideally at the onset of a migraine. It is for short-term use during attacks. Do not take other paracetamol-containing products at the same time.
Because metoclopramide can rarely cause unusual movements of the face or limbs, use it only short-term. Tell your doctor about any stomach, liver or neurological problems, and take care with driving if drowsy.
