Palbace 75mg Capsule is used for the following:

• Treatment of hormone receptor-positive advanced breast cancer

• Management of HER2-negative metastatic breast cancer

• Control of breast cancer that has spread to other organs

• Slowing tumour growth in advanced breast cancer

• Combination therapy with hormonal anticancer medicines

• First-line treatment with aromatase inhibitors

• Second-line treatment with fulvestrant

• May lead to tumour response or disease stabilization in patients who respond to treatment, especially in combination with hormonal therapy

Follow these instructions while taking Palbace 75mg Capsule:

• Swallow the capsule whole with a glass of water.

• Do not crush, chew, or open the capsules.

Palbace 75mg Capsule contains palbociclib (75 mg), which works on the body as follows:

• CDK4/6 inhibition: Palbociclib selectively blocks proteins called cyclin-dependent kinases 4 and 6, which are crucial for cancer cell growth and division.

• Cell cycle interruption: By inhibiting these kinases, the medicine prevents cancer cells from progressing through their normal growth cycle, effectively stopping them from multiplying uncontrollably.
