Olmat 40 CT Tablet is used to manage high blood pressure (hypertension) in adults, particularly when a single blood pressure medicine does not provide sufficient control. It combines an angiotensin receptor blocker with a thiazide-like diuretic for more complete blood pressure control.

It contains olmesartan, which relaxes and widens blood vessels, and chlorthalidone, a diuretic that helps remove excess salt and water from the body. Take it as prescribed, with or without food, at the same time each day.
